House Rules for a Pleasant Stay Welcome to our vacation apartments!
To ensure a pleasant stay, please observe the following house rules:
1. Check-in: Your check-in is done through a PIN-protected lock. You will receive your personal PIN before your arrival. Please keep it secure and do not share it with others.
2. Check-out: Check-out is at 09:30. Please vacate the apartment on time to allow preparations for the next guest.
3. Smoking: Our vacation apartments are non-smoking accommodations. Smoking is only allowed outside the apartment. Please use the designated smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
4. Pets: We are animal lovers! Pets are allowed in our vacation apartments. Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with pets. Please also adhere to any additional instructions and fees that may apply to pets.
5. Maximum Guest Count: The maximum number of allowed guests per apartment is limited to 4. Noise: Please be considerate of other guests and neighbors. Avoid loud music or conversations, especially during the evening hours.
6. Guests: Visitors are welcome but must be registered with us.
7. Cleanliness: We place great importance on cleanliness. Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition and ensure that garbage is disposed of properly. Leave the vacation apartment as you found it, so the next guests can also enjoy a pleasant stay.
9. Kitchen Use: You are welcome to use our kitchen. Please clean used cookware and dishes after use.
10. Parking: Parking spaces are available and at your disposal. Please use the designated parking areas.
11.Security: When leaving the apartment, please ensure that all windows and doors are properly closed and secure.
